    • Use in AI training datasets or generative model fine-tuning of any kind.

    Plain-English glossary

    Lease
    A non-exclusive right to use the beat. Others may license the same beat, but your recording remains entirely your own.
    Exclusive
    You acquire the sole right to release. The beat is delisted immediately and no further licences are ever sold.
    Distribution cap
    The maximum number of paid units — downloads or physical copies — you may sell under the tier.
    Audio streams
    The combined stream ceiling across Spotify, Apple Music and equivalent services before an upgrade is required.
    Trackout / stems
    Individual instrument channels exported separately, so your engineer can mix rather than mask.
    Producer tag
    The short vocal signature at the top of the beat. Required on lease tiers, removable at Unlimited and Exclusive.
