      Never register an unlicensed beat

These rules cover how SamUltra beats may be used on YouTube and comparable video platforms (Shorts, TikTok, Reels). They sit on top of your beat licence — where the two differ, the stricter limit applies. Tier caps live on the Licensing page.

You may upload a finished song containing a licensed SamUltra beat to your own channel while your tier's video-stream cap has not been exceeded. The upload must be a derivative work — your vocals, performance or substantial arrangement over the beat — not the instrumental alone.

You may monetize your video. Some SamUltra beats are registered with Content ID to protect against theft, so a claim may appear automatically. To clear it:

    1. Email hello@samultra.com from the address on your order.
    2. Include your order number or receipt and the exact YouTube URL.
    3. We release the claim, normally within 48 hours on business days.

Revenue accrued during a claim is released to you once the claim is lifted, in line with YouTube's own policies.

    • Include "Prod. SamUltra" in the video description.
    • Where the platform supports it, add the same credit in the song title or metadata.
    • Exclusive purchases may waive the visible credit, but the producer tag rules in your contract still apply.
    • Reuploading the bare instrumental as a "type beat", "free beat" or beat-store video.
    • Registering a SamUltra beat, or a song built on one, with your own Content ID or distribution rights administrator without written consent.
    • Claiming ownership of the underlying composition or master.
    • Selling, leasing or giving away the beat file to other creators.

Covers and remixes of a released song are permitted once the original composition is publicly available, with producer credit intact. Stems, where included in your tier, may be used for your own arrangement only — not redistributed as a sample pack.

Higher tiers lift or remove stream caps. If a release outgrows your tier mid-campaign, upgrade from your orders page and we credit the price already paid toward the new tier — the video stays online throughout.

Uploads that break these rules may be met with a takedown notice or Content ID block. We contact you first wherever possible; repeated breaches can end your licence without refund.
