Terms of Service

By creating a SamUltra account, buying a licence, registering for an event or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a label, studio or company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials private and for all activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it current — licences are issued to the name on the account.
• One person, one account. Shared or resold accounts may be suspended.
• You must be at least 13 years old, and at least 18 to make a purchase.

Every beat sold on SamUltra is governed by the licence tier you select at checkout. The tier you bought — and only that tier — defines your distribution, streaming, video and broadcast allowances. Full tier details live on the Licensing page.

• Licences are non-transferable and non-sublicensable unless the tier says otherwise.
• Non-exclusive beats remain available to other artists; only an Exclusive purchase removes a beat from the store.
• Exceeding your tier caps requires an upgrade; we credit what you already paid toward the higher tier.
• A producer tag must remain on released versions unless your tier includes untagged delivery.

• Prices are shown in the listed currency and may exclude local sales tax or VAT, which is added at checkout where applicable.
• Payment is processed by our payment provider; your order completes only when payment is confirmed.
• Promotional bundles (for example, buy 2 leases get 1 free) apply automatically and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.
• We may change prices at any time; changes never affect an order already paid for.

Digital goods are delivered immediately and are therefore non-refundable, except where required by law, where a file is corrupt or unplayable and we cannot supply a working replacement within seven days, or where you were charged twice for the same order. Refund requests go to hello@samultra.com with your order number.

When you post comments, upload demos, submit applications or send service inquiries, you keep ownership and grant SamUltra a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store and display that content on the platform for the purpose of running the service. Do not post anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove content that breaks these rules.

• No scraping, bulk downloading, or automated harvesting of the catalogue.
• No reselling or redistributing beats, courses or resources bought here.
• No attempts to bypass paywalls, access controls or authentication.
• No reverse engineering, load testing or interference with platform infrastructure.
• No uploading of malware or content you do not have rights to.

Event schedules can change. If we cancel a paid session you receive a full refund or a seat in a future session, your choice. Recordings are provided where indicated but are not guaranteed. Course access is personal to your account; sharing logins may end access without refund.

Opportunities posted on SamUltra are offers to consider applications, not binding contracts. Submitting an application does not guarantee selection, payment or publication. Any engagement that results is agreed separately between the parties involved.

The SamUltra name, logo, site design, catalogue metadata and course material are owned by SamUltra and protected by copyright and trademark law. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of the underlying master recordings; licences grant use rights only.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, attempt fraud, or create risk for other users. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Licences you already paid for survive account closure; keep your receipts and licence documents.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SamUltra is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SamUltra operates. We will always try to resolve disputes informally first — write to us before starting formal proceedings.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes are announced on the platform and, where you have consented to email, by message. Continuing to use SamUltra after a change means you accept the updated terms.
